1. Keep grounds, porches and garage neat and clean. Keep lawn trimmed and edged
   
   
2. Walking up to the front door is the buyers "first impression" to your home. Make this a good impression.
   
   
3. Do any paint touch up that is needed to the interior. Remember kitchens and bathrooms help sell your home. Make sure these rooms sparkle and are inviting.
   
   
4. Always have beds made- dishes put away.
   
   
5. Keep pets out of the way as some buyers are afraid of pets. We want the buyers to focus on your home.
   
   
6. Leave the showing of your home to the Realtor. We need to work with the buyers reactions. If there are questions we cannot answer, we will ask you.
   
   
7. Never discuss any phase of the sale with the buyer. Let us discuss the price and terms or anything else pertaining to the property with the buyers. We are qualified to negotiate the best contract.
